2027 Exhibitor/Sponsorship Registration now open!

The 16th Biennial 2027 Getting in Touch With Literacy Conference & AT, to be held December 6-9, 2027 at the Long Beach Hilton in Long Beach, CA, is expected to draw approximately 400 dedicated people from around the world, including researchers, educators and other professionals who promote literacy for children and adults who are visually impaired. Presenters from a dozen countries will provide more than 100 concurrent sessions to those in attendance. 

ASSISTIVE TECHNOLOGY STRAND!   This year we will be expanding our AT strand dedicated solely to enhancing the attendees knowledge of the constantly advancing AT available to teachers/instructors to help students and clients achieve improved access to literacy with more fun and educational tools that will ultimately lead to greater independence, employability,  and enhanced quality of life.

Exhibitors and/or Sponsors are welcome to join us at the Welcome Reception on Monday December 6th 6:30pm  - More details to come

Vendors will be recognized in conference advertisements, promotional materials, and signage based on sponsorship level and the date completed registration and payment are received.

Preferred vendor table locations will be assigned according to sponsorship level, receipt of payment, and space availability.

2. Full registration for 1 representative  (sessions, reception, awards brunch, poster session, lunch, and breaks) All vendor representatives must be registered.  Additional vendor representatives may register on GITWL general registration form.

3.  Exhibitor Recognition on GITWL website that includes your company logo

Standard Exhibitor-  $1500

All exhibitor levels (with exception of non-profits)  include:

2. Full registration for up to 2 representatives  (sessions, reception, awards brunch, poster session, lunch, and breaks) All vendor representatives must be registered.  Additional vendor representatives may register on GITWL general registration form.

3.  Exhibitor Recognition on GITWL website that includes your company logo

ADDITIONAL TABLE/S for any sponsorship level - $500 each

2. Break Sponsorship – multiple financial support options. Your logo displayed prominently on signs throughout the break space and in program -  Request to be contacted for more details.

3. Silent Auction Donation - Please consider bringing an item for our silent auction and prominently display your name and logo on it. All funds will be utilized to offset conference expenses and keep registration as low as possible in order to attract and educate as many attendees as possible.

4. Literacy Around the World Room Host - Be recognized as you have the opportunity to personally greet and welcome conference attendees to your own themed room in which you are the sponsor of the food, beverage, and decorations and are welcome to tell them all about you, your company, what you do, and why you love GITWL&AT and our field! Volunteers will be on hand to assist you in greeting guests, decorating or serving food/drinks in your room, if needed.  $1000.00
