This reception has been created to provide an elevated opportunity for vendors to connect with participants of the conference.

• Theme: Four country-themed rooms, each with drinks and appetizers inspired by the selected country.

• Format: Social reception with networking opportunities.

• Date/Time: Thursday evening, December 4, 2025

• Location: Huntsville, Alabama (venue details forthcoming)

Vendor Responsibilities

• Provide signage for your assigned room.

• Host a table to display products and materials.

• Serve as one of the hosts in your room to answer questions and connect with attendees.

Participation Fee

$1,000 — Includes hospitality room, drinks, appetizers, and decorations.
